FAQs
Who are we?
BY NINA BOO is a small independent shop making funny apparel for moms of kids, cat moms and dog moms, plus seasonal collections. Every item is made to order.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — right now we ship within the United States and Canada only, and we're working on reaching more countries soon. Check our shipping policy for rates and delivery times.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
How long will my order take?
Each item is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus 2–7 business days for delivery. If you’re ordering a gift, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before the big day.
What materials are your products made of?
We use high-quality fabrics that feel soft on the skin and hold up wash after wash. Exact materials vary by item — you'll find the full details on each product page.
